Fire Co-ordination for Construction Sites
Aim
To enable delegates to act as Fire Safety Co-ordinators or Fire Marshals on construction sites or in office establishments.
Objectives
By the end of the training delegates will :-
- Understand the need for fire prevention and fire precautions.
- Know of the relevant legal and Company requirements.
- Understand the roles of Fire Safety Co-ordinator and / or Fire Marshal on construction sites or in offices as appropriate.

08.30 – 12.30 including break period
Delegates
Site or office staff nominated as having specific fire duties
Tutors
Company Safety Trainers with inputs from local safety manager
Delegate /Tutor Ratio
Max 15:1
Evaluation
Through a combination of :-
- Delegates input and discussion during the course
- Test paper at end of course
- Post course questionnaire
